White Christmas!

OK, I have to eat my words. Miles asked me this morning, after wishing me a Merry Christmas, if it was snowing up in Portland. I replied with some flippant version of "No way, it never snows here on Christmas! They say it will but it never does."

The following photos show why I am enjoying my own glib words for Christmas Dinner.

And let's not forget that Godzilla has been missing the snow so he was happy to be back in his natural element.

I love it. I am up at Mike and Lydia's and we have snow here! It's a higher elevation and its very white outside. I am hoping it sticks and gets real nasty so we have a four day weekend!-Michele

Wow, you've been a Busy li'l Blogger! I love all the posts, but hadta comment on the snow...yes, I know, it's a big deal in a region that rarely gets a lot, and I do admit, it's always pretty to see it drifting whitely to the ground....but boy-o-boy, if I never see city-bound snow again for, oh, a decade at least, it'd be too soon. Fer real. But I love the pix. But once you've had a big hunk of snow drop off an overhead tree limb and down your get over it REAL fast.
